TestStation and TestStation LX

The TestStation and TestStation LX are Teradyne’s highest pincount, highest performance in-circuit testers. They can be configured with a variety of multiplexed and non-multiplexed pin cards and can be used in both low and high pin count applications up to 7680 pins.

The TestStation LX preserves investments many manufacturers have made in 228X and TestStation in-circuit testers by allowing direct transfer of all test programs and test fixtures with no extra costs or program development required. TestStation LH fixtures and programs can also be directly transferred to Teradyne's TestStation LX platform.

The TestStation LX uses Teradyne's UltraPin and SafeTest Protection Technologies that provide accurate, reliable, and safe powered-up testing of today's increasingly popular low voltage technologies. More...

TestStation LH

The TestStation LH is a lower cost, small footprint, feature scalable, version of the popular TestStation 12X in-circuit testers. It can be configured with a variety of multiplexed and non-multiplexed pin cards and can be used in both low and high pin count applications up to 4096 pins.

The TestStation LH preserves investments many manufacturers have made in 228X and TestStation in-circuit testers by allowing direct transfer of test programs and small test fixtures (those that use less than 16 pin board slots) with no extra costs or program development required. TestStation LH fixtures and programs can also be directly transferred to Teradyne's larger 7680 pin TestStation LX platform.

Automated 3D X-Ray Inspection

XStation MX is our flagship Fully Automated X-Ray inspection station. For high density double-sided boards with obscurations, the full-featured XStation MX includes our patented ClearVue™ 3D imaging technology that provides the highest level of fault coverage with the lowest False Call Rates in the Industry. The system also employs TraX™ our high throughput 2D techniques allowing you to choose the inspection technology used on your boards.

For programming the XStation MX uses XFrame™ a GUI based programming solution that allows automated generation of inspection programs from CAD.

Teradyne's XVer™, XStation Repair and Verification station, provides networked access to all defects found by the system with high quality defect images. Data is processed using your defect codes and reports can be generated using XStat™, The XStation’s statistical process control module.

For distributed test requirements Strategist™ enables manufacturers to standardize test and inspection strategies, implement and monitor the optimized strategy globally. Strategist provides manufacturers with valuable data on optimized test strategies such as identified escapes, overlaps, test time, yield, along with allowing users to further optimize strategies with their actual DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) data.
